Is there a good product or technique for removing scratches from perspex.

you need successively finer grades of abrasive paper, there is a product called Micro Mesh, Aircraft Spruce sell it. Work through the (cushioned) abrasive cloths then buff up to a polish.

I use a polishing mop and Farrecla paste. The instructions with Micro Mesh are good. Switch rubbing direction 90 degrees with each successive cloth

and switch as soon as the scratches form the previous cloth are gone.
