I was driving to lunch a little earlier and was telling a buddy of mine the scenario while we were driving.  I had tears in my eyes and could hardly see the road.

I'm surprised no one has gotten offended yet.

Sounds like you need to have another kid, Tim.  That'll shift the
frequency a couple of octaves lower and it should get caught in the
headset with the engine noise.

Oh, is it that time?
I'm offended and appalled.  Shocked and amazed.  Such baudy low brow locker room humor should have no place on this list

I can't claim spontaneity, because I first said that
on Saturday when Andrea and I took another couple
out for a flight for dinner. We were talking about
getting ventilation and the subject came up and
it just kind of came out. They got a kick out of
it anyway. I've always thought that mamy of
the best jokes can have the chance of offending at
least someone, but at the same time, I know
there's a few out there that enjoyed it. Wink
FWIW, I forwarded on some replies to Andrea
and she says she's been laughing so hard she's
been in tears today.

Hi Patrick

Hello from the top of the world. Here is a PIX of what I did for my DIY canopy console. It worked out rather nicely. I have more pix if you want.

Cheers

I really had trouble was the joggle on the canopy cover over the
back seats. Not even close is an understatement. Not only was it
not in the ballpark, but we were playing different sports. I had
to do remove the sides for about 8 inches forward and aft of the
joggle and reshape it all. Minor work in the grand scheme of
things. I did not however have an issue with clearance. With the
vents installed there is no restriction of movement and with
about 3/4" between the vent and the canopy I get plenty of
airflow. Never had the vents fully open in cruise. Getting a
whole lot of air out of them. Feel free to PM me if there are
any specifics I can try to help you with.
