gear retraction problem

We did that routinely for some time. In fact our rear selector was not secured. It is not a requirement in the Yak-52 (in the U.K.) so we figured we'd argue the toss if we were pulled up. Nevertheless, it leaked so we have now removed the rear selector entirely. One source of leakage solved on a part we do not use anyway.

The intention is to refurbish the rear selector if we can.

Best thing you ever did! Should do the rear flap selector too. Just two
additional unnecessary points of failure.
