Does anyone have a Cleveland part number for replacement brake blocks on the Mono?

Thanks

If you mean the brake pads, I have the following info about a Rapco
alternative which I picked up from this forum some time ago. I haven't used
it personally so can't vouch for it, but it might be worth a try:

RA066-10600 Brake Lining
Replaces: Cleveland PN. 066-10600, Old PN. 66-106, 066-0200, 66-2, 066-0300,

66-3, 66-56, 66-57 & Piper PN. 752-308, 752-309

Best Regards
Roger Mills

Rapco pads work well and we are now using Matco pads. They are a little less aggressive material.

You photos look like the head of the rivet is on the plate. Most instructions call for the head to be on the pad so there is more area touching the pad itself. Small point for future reference. We've done them both ways!

Just a slight worry: when the head of the rivet is on the pad, as designed, there will be a more evenly distributed load on the pad. This might be an issue because the pad material is brittle and it may be subject to higher stress if the rivet head is on the plate.
Hopefully there will be a high enough safety factor for it not to matter?
It may be worth keeping a close eye on how the pads are wearing because the pad life will be shorter and the rivetted end will gouge the disk sooner and more than the flat head would.

Thanks for the info guys; yes fitted Cleveland Parker friction blocks... I put the new rivets as the old ones were fitted, and points noted. The catalogue shows rivet orientation as you mention. Might get another set of rivets and redo them. It's not a big job to R&R.
