Jason, here's a link to some pics about how I routed my AFP purge valve
cable :

I used rod ends instead of a wire and "B" nut I thought about a return
spring, but really couldn't conjure a way to do it. Don Rivera (at) Airflow
reviewed the install pics and said that it was the way they would do it
if they installed it in his shop.

I used an ACS cable with push button 'lock'

Hey Deems,

Your pictures are worth THOUSANDS of words! Thanks so much. (nice rudder pedals!)

While I'm at it, and it being Thanksgiving Day -- I am truly amazed and thankful that the "older" guys on this forum who are way ahead of us, or even flying for awhile, take the time to check the forum and respond to issues they've long since resolved. And sometimes they even respond several times on the same topic as newbies (as myself) stumble along.
